Order Processing
- Payment Verification: Orders are processed as soon as your payment is accepted.
- Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding major postal holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after the cut-off time 05:00 pm (GMT-05:00 Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
- After receiving your order confirmation, please allow 1-2 days for processing.
- You will receive a separate notification with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier.
- It may take 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information isn’t immediately available, please allow some time for it to update.
- If your order has surpassed the estimated arrival date, contact our support team for assistance.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
- Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Inaccurate or missing information may delay your order.
- Responsibility: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or for packages returned to the sender.
- Additional Fees: Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees.
- Forwarding Requests: We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse.
Special Orders
For personalized orders or items requiring modifications, additional time may be needed for our design team to complete customization. The time required will depend on the complexity of your request.
